note: "I am through with everything but You" can also be considered as a rendition of the supreme mantra of Divine submission, "la ilaha illa Allah" on a mystical level. "mutu qabla an tamutu", die before you die - the famous saying of Prophet Muhammad also points to the same path of submission real.
May the Divine open all doors, open the door of goodness to us. Wish you all, who chance upon here, a very blessed and joyful new year.
